When we think about Psychosomatics, we often times have the feeling that: these are people that have physical diseases that are primarily caused by mental factors. However, this isn’t the full truth. Granted, psychosomatics have illnesses that might be physically debilitating; the disorder is a unique one being that these physical illnesses are made worse by mental factors. Stress and its cousin- anxiety have particularly been shown to aggravate some particular diseases for psychosomatics. The reaction of individuals (with Psychosomatic Induced Illnesses) to the mental aspect of their physical disease, to a large extent determines the trajectory the disease will take. These reactions can be largely either of two divides: Calmness and Break down. For those on the calm side of the equation, when they notice the physical symptom of a disease, for instance; rashes on their skin. Their calm ‘shrug shoulders and continue activities’ attitude to this symptom leads to the slow-yet eventual- eradication of the sign. However, for others on the ‘Break down’ side of the divide, their immediate ‘disturbed disposition’ to the slightest of physical signs of a disease, always leads to an escalation of such an illness. The mental states of some patients are worsened by stress depending on their illnesses. Some recorded susceptible illnesses includes: Stomach Ulcer, Psoriasis, eczema, high blood pressure and heart disease. Patients have even admitted themselves that their disturbed mental state has an impact on their current health status. Having established the veracity of the inter-relatedness of stress and Psychosomatic illnesses. It is imperative to ascertain some of the underlying causes of psychosomatic illnesses among people. An illness sometimes arises...

Distant healing can be defined as any form of healing sent across time and space i.e. without the physical presence of the receptor and has a healing effect on the recipient. This can be done over the phone or at an agreed time between the sender and the recipient. This can also be done mentally. Distant healing, a form of energy healing has been in practice for ages in many societies. The advent of technological improvement in communication has helped us stay in touch with relatives and friends that may live thousands of miles away from us. With this modern freedom, we sometimes find ourselves in a situation where those persons are sick and undergoing pain and difficult periods in a hospital or at home and unfortunately we can’t be physically present to provide support we would like to. Considering non-physical transfer of energy in form of distant energy healing would be a great step in the healing process. Let’s look at at this from the stand point of science. Energy can neither be created nor destroy but can however be transfer from one form to another. Since all form of matter is energy, same applies to healing. Healing energy can be transferred, however while transfer of electromagnetic energy and radiation dissipates according to the verse distance, distant healing is not diminished at all by the distance between the healer and the recipient as such healing takes place at the speed of thought and outside the constraint of time and space and has more to do with the healer’s consciousness in forms of healing intentions, images, wishes or prayers....

Energy healing or spiritual healing is a branch of alternative medicine. The advocates of this branch reiterate their claim that such healers can channel the healing energy into the concerned person and bring out positive results. Various methods of transmitting this energy are hands off, distant and hands on. What is distant healing? Distant healing, also called absent healing, long distance healing, remote healing is becoming an increasingly popular method by which the healer is not physically present but transmits energy to the patient through focused objective and specialized techniques of sending energy. How does it work? Distant healing works on the principle that we have energy field around and inside our body. There are various energy points called and many meridians or energy lines spread across our body. They require energy which comes in from cosmos through universal energy. The energy fields get into our body and link us with the universal energy through these energy points and then energy is dispersed across the body via energy lines. This type of energy healing maintains that everything in this universe is connected to one another through a vibrating field of energy. The healer’s energy field joins the patient’s energy field through this universal energy. Both the healer and patient should remain extremely focused during these sessions. Importance, advancement and utilities Distant healing has been gaining prominence in recent years. Various universities are now conducting elaborate research on this. It is very essential in cases of geographical or physical boundaries. You can be healed by your therapist sitting miles away without you having the need to leave your home. This...

In an attempt to convince you about the veracity of the aforementioned fact, we would like to move gradually from the known to the unknown. It’s the 21st century and something we all believe in is in the logic of science. You ask questions and science gives you answers, not all of us quite understand the logic behind the answers, but most of us do. For those that do not? They understand that when they ask someone who truly knows, they will know too. The point is that science is safe and logical, and so we trust it. If you’re a skeptic, we are asking you to take a leap of faith. The concept of energy medicine might not seem safe and logical to you, so I will start from science. One of the basic laws of science is the law of conservation of energy, it states that: ‘energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed from one form into another. Matter, which everyone and everything is basically made of, is composed of energy. Energy healing works directly with the energetic level of life. Now, since everything is energy, all forms of healing ultimately involve energy. Most traditional and orthodox healing methods focus on physical, mental and emotional well-being and do not recognize the deeper underlying energy. Energy healing is by its very nature, holistic. It influences the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being, it is therefore all encompassing. A problem with the physical body, emotions or mental health should of course, be dealt with and treated immediately, but energy healing adds a new angle, that is, spiritual...

Many people have not heard of Distant Healing, but it is the utilization of energy as a way of healing. All things have energy, whether physical or non-physical. For example, people have energy, water has energy, rocks have energy, and the very air that you breathe has energy. The world and everything in it is one big energy field. Therefore, when dealing with energy healing, it does not matter if the person is sitting right next to you or in another country; energy is not physical and travels continuously. Healing energy actually flows through everyone, which which makes treatment of maladies, even over great distances, is possible. Therefore, being in the presence of a “healer” is not necessary when you understand that the energy to heal is within you. Being taught how to tap in and use this energy to heal oneself is the bigger question, not if energy healing can take place. Many people can relate better to Distant Healing if they think of it in terms of prayer. When a person prays to a higher being, they know their prayers are heard and answered, which is where faith comes in, but the very prayers that have been prayed are energy and that energy flows to your higher power and flows back to you or the person you have prayed for. People that pray or meditate often are more centered, peaceful, and more in-tune with their spirit or inner self because they continually exchange energy. Other people relate to this form of healing as thoughts, have you ever been thinking about someone who you have not seen or spoken to...

Experience Kosher Healing in a session: Imagine your mind and soul as two super computer centers often with different agendas, and each with its own operating systems, programs, file managers and folders. Fear or trauma can corrupt the mind’s operating system. The severity and duration will determine its long-term impact. The subconscious mind, in order to protect the person, isolates the stressful emotions into a locked file so the body can recover and attempt to function properly, but, in the process, corrupts the folders. Distorted thinking often results when unresolved issues linger, creating personal and emotional chaos. More often than not, we are totally oblivious that this is taking place and that we are looking at life through a distorted prism. Signs that you have become “infected” or a victim of this destructive cycle are: chronic illness, pain, and/or interpersonal issues and lack of inner peace. Even though our soul always remains pure, its operating system can become tainted. When we act in ways that are not in our best interest, over time our soul can become “sick.” This weakens our connection to the Source of Life (G-d), creating a host of issues like depression, mania, addictions and feelings of emptiness. This directly impacts the body’s ability to fight disease. In Kosher Healing we first understand and establish all of this. Then we do a “virus scan” of the systems, a download of your soul print is established. It’s like a fingerprint, loaded with crucial information about you. When decoded and clarified, it becomes obvious how past events and lives have impacted you. Next the corrupted operating system, programs and folders are deleted and uninstalled, and replaced with healthy ones. By addressing the mind and soul in this way, the body can heal itself of most illnesses, sometimes spontaneously! Part 1: Mental Martial Arts. With G-d’s help, in Kosher Healing, Herschel guides you through a unique and powerful meditation for setting the mindset for the session. Part 2: Soul-iloquy. Listen as your soul and heartbeat come together. This segment imparts valuable insights and information to you while you tap into your higher self, creating...

Herschel explains how to walk in an alpha state.

Susie lives in New Jersey, and was referred to me by a colleague. She had a bone against bone condition in her knee (the cartilage had worn away) which surgery had not been able to help. (While she is mobile, since walking is painful, she finds it more convenient to use her wheelchair at work). I began to work with her over the phone. The day after her first session, she got out of her wheelchair. She was surprised that she was able to do this without pain. But she overdid it, and the pain came back. She continued to improve as I worked with her over the phone for another 7 sessions. For the eigth session, we met face to face. I recommended that she also go to a local physician who had helped her in the past with certain injections. At the end of the eighth session, she said to me, “I came to you with a bad knee, and you gave me a new life.” After her ninth session, she said that it was if her bone-on-bone condition had never existed. I spoke with her months later and she was still doing...

In 2005, “B.F.” (not his real initials), who I know, calls me to say that he is scheduled to have an angioplasty in two weeks for a partially blocked artery and asked me if there was something I could do for him. I worked with him that night, and then again two weeks later, the night before the angioplasty. After the second session he said to me that he felt a “release”. I told him to call me the next morning and I would work with him over the phone to prep him for the procedure and then to call me back after the procedure was over. He called me from the hospital while he was waiting to go in, and we had the first session. Then I said, “in a few hours, after the procedure, when you are in the recovery room, call me and I will work on you some more.” Within an hour, I get a call back. I say, “why so soon?”. B.F. told me that they did another angiogram before the scheduled angioplasty, and discovered that there was no blockage, so they sent me...

I get a call Friday while I am in a health food store in Baltimore. I pick up and a lady from New York says that she heard about me from a friend, and that she would like me to help her with her panic attacks. Though she is medicated with the most advanced drugs on the market to date, she said she still has panic attacks that lasted sometimes 3 hours, and she asks me to help. She also wants me to work with her daughter. I say that I would call her on Sunday to set up a time for the following week, when I would be back in New York. Now, what I am about to say is very important, because I do pretty much the same thing with everyone in terms of a general procedure for opening up blocks. This woman asks me for some homework, anything that she could do over Shabbos and on Sunday, until we would talk again and schedule her appointment. While she is still on the phone, I do what I do and look into her particular situation and open up some general blocks for her, and give her some homework to do. Now, what is amazing to me is that when I called her on Sunday to set up a time for the appointment, she says, “what did you do to me?”. I ask her what she means. She says that on Shabbos (Saturday) morning, she started to have one of those long panic attacks, which typically last for a few hours. “I don’t know what you did, but...
